Workout No 1

 Use Workout No 1 to document your training.
The app can be used when you exercise at the gym or when you are jogging etc. Stations are linked to training programs.
You keep track of the latest achievement and can follow up the workouts with charts i.e. single workouts, or average values for weeks and months.
The app is divided into three parts:
– Maintenance
– Workout
– Chart

Maintenance

Program is a collective term (name) of a specific set of training stations.

Stations are linked to Program.
One or more programs can be selected.
For example, we have two gym Programs, Lower Body and Upper Body. We start each program by warming up on Station Treadmill.
⚠️ Note
If you delete a Station, all linked workouts are deleted.

When you start your workout, select a Program.
Linked Stations are displayed for the Program.

There are three different views for Workout Tool

Resistance
Latest training values are given.
Kg/Pound, Repetition and Set are required fields.
Endless
Latest training values are given.
Res/Speed and Minutes are required fields.
If you only use calories, enter 1 in the Res/Speed and Minutes fields.
Dim brightness
To save battery power, the screen may decrease when the Timer is running.
Alarm
See Set Alarm below.
Timer
Start and stop Timer
Distance
Latest training values are given.
Kilometer/Mile and Minutes are required fields.
The last Kilometer/Mile is set as default.
Dim brightness
To save battery power, the screen may decrease when the Timer is running.
Alarm
See Set Alarm below.

Set Alarm
When the Alarm screen appears, the last time is set as default.
The Alarm start when the Timer starts. When the Alarm sounds, the Timer continues to run.
If the workout tool is “Endless”, it is positive the longer it goes after the alarm sounds.
If the workout tool is “Distance”, you have failed with your goal when the alarm sounds.
 

Chart

There are two ways to view charts. Via the Main Menu or Overview Workout.
Select
Last eight active exercise, weeks or months.
For week and month is average calculated for the current period.
 
Show
The trend is calculated.
Green = Rising
Red = Falling
Yellow = Unchanged

Photo

You can pick- or take a photo under the Modify Station or Workout views (new and modify). Especially useful for identifying stations in the gym.

Target

There are three ways to view Target. Modify Station, New Workout and Modify Workout.
Here you can register your target.
The best result for the Station is displayed.

Interface

From our main menu, tap the “Interface” button to switch between light- and dark mode.

In-app purchase

This view is accessed via the main menu. Three level are available: Free test (10 days), test date passed (some functions are locked) and purchased (all functions unlock).
Level 1
Free test 10 days.
Level 2
Test date are passed. Workout and Chart are locked. Press In-App Purchase and pay if you think the app is ok.
Level 3
Purchased.
Workout and Chart is unlock.
If you deletes and re-installs the app or installs it on another device,  you has the ability to access previously purchased app. Press the Restore Purchases button.
